Concept Help Request
I believe this should be possible by using your application access token to create a layer, and make sure to set the "public" flag on the layer. Marking the layer as "public" allows other user accounts to subscribe to it. Other t…

message/send working only in Dev mode
The only thing that should use "live" is when you're signing the app with an app store certificate. Push notifications for AdHoc distribution should be in "dev" mode.

Triggers show up on Geoloqi Layers Map but not when I issue a triggers/list
Try adding "on=places" to the API call. See http://developers.geoloqi.com/api/trigger/list

Unfortunately the only way your app can receive a notification in "production" mode is once it's published in the app store. There isn't a way to get a production token unless your app is signed with the app store certificate.

MUST i replace MapKit with arcGIS?
No, the Geoloqi SDK is a standalone component that has no visual UI. The UI of your app is handled entirely by you, you can use MapKit or the ArcGIS Maps as you wish.

Everything looks correct from here, it may have been a momentary glitch. Would you please try again and let me know if the problem is consistent?

TrackerSampleViewController returns 404 on "/location/context"
This usually means the server hasn't yet received location data from the phone, or that the server couldn't find a good place name for your location. Try changing it to "location/last" and you will get the last updated location f…

Update Trigger or Place Radius
The shape is actually associated with the place, so you only need to update the place, not the trigger, so your code is correct. Do you get either of the alert messages you've set up in the callbacks? If you post the place ID you're trying…

How to get the user_id to send message?
If you are trying to send a message to yourself, you can use the "message/send" method with only the "text" parameter. You do not need to provide the user_id to send a message to yourself.

Message/Send works, Message/Broadcast does not
Bruce, You're correct that the dev/live mixup is causing the issue. We added the second parameter to the registerDeviceToken method in the previous version of the Titanium module, so make sure you're using the latest code. It sounds like y…

location updates "timing out" after in background and not moving for awhile?
So far I've only seen it on the new hardware/os, but I haven't tested with an iPhone 4S with iOS 6 yet.

We've been seeing this happening lately too actually. Unfortunately I don't have any more information to share at this time, but we will definitely be looking into this and will post back with more results.

You can test your callback URL by using the trigger/run/:id command, passing in the trigger ID. This will simulate what happens when someone encounters the area, and will send a POST to your callback URL. Keep in mind that since you have set "t…

Trigger Option - Inside Alert
This is a great suggestion for a new parameter to trigger/create! However, we don't have the bandwidth currently to add new functionality like this to the API. Your workaround is a reasonable approach so I'm glad you got that to work.

Cannot receive push notifications using Android/GeoLoqi/GCM- everything looks good in the logs
Have you tried using the message/send API method to see if you can send a message directly? This is a good way to separate testing the GCM keys from testing triggers.
