What is the use of LQTrackerProfile and difference between different tracker profiles?
Does it mean in Passive mode, i should define user's geofence other than the location coordinates so that user's can get a more accurate/timely notification ?

Disable GPS
If it doesn't update when app in bg, notification will not alert via passive mode/ realtime mode already. Isn't it. Perhaps better way to implement like active at various intervals.

Location notifications needing to launch app
Yes, IOS 5.1.1 and IOS 5.0.1 . Sometimes, notification will appear when app is foreground sometimes background will works. Very inconsistent. Not sure how to resolve this either.
