14:31 <workshop> not sure if it's the software or the adapter though

14:31 <workshop> haven't used this hardware in 10 years or more

14:31 <workshop> the remote + lamp module works though

14:31 <aaronpk> hehe yea, I don't think I have the firecracker model, but mine is the same idea

14:33 <aaronpk> yea, hard to tell if it's software or hardware sometimes, it's all very invisible

14:33 <aaronpk> i haven't tried using that on a mac before, but i've got it hooked up to a linux box right now

14:35 <workshop> granted, it had a serial port, which helps

14:35 <workshop> in college, F9 would run fetchmail and F10 would turn on my desk lamp
