trigger rate limit?

Can you please explain what is the effect of the trigger rate limit variable (set to 30 by default) on the layer information? I do not see it explained as part of API.Thanks much,Arash

The trigger rate limit will prevent any triggers from running for a user more frequently than this interval.By default, the 30 second rate limit will make it so people don't get one message more often than 30 seconds. We added this feature when we published the Wikipedia layer, since there are often a cluster of notes in an area, and people didn't like receiving 5 messages in a row.
