I am using Geologi API in my Android app there are 3 constants ACTION_TRACKER_PROFILE_CHANGED, ACTION_LOCATION_CHANGED, ACTION_LOCATION_UPLOADED i am not getting which one to use notify user(like Geofencing)...any sample code could be very useful....
Hey There! You can use the visual layer editor on the website to create a layer with several places. Those places can have a trigger associated to them that will fire some action when the user enters or exits that region. You then just need to subscribe the user to that layer using the Geoloqi REST API. You can use the Android SDK to make calls to the API. Check out this tutorial:
for reply I ve created Trigger(trigger/create) using some lat, long now i ve to notify user when he entered into those region.i ve not used any layers.i ve created Receiver class implementing LQBroadcastReceiver.now tell me which event to catch to notify user?
Note:if i specify type:callback i need to specify URL for that i need to create server program which i dont want.
If you're just creating a message trigger (geonote) the SDK will handle displaying the message for you automatically. You only need to implement the onPushMessageReceived callback if you want to do something different when a push is received.
Unfortunately, we haven't yet released a version of the Android SDK with full push messaging support. It'll be released this weekend and should resolve your issues.
I'll post an update here when the new version has been released.
