Not triggering the message which is created at the time of creating the trigger from the web site

    i create layer,place and also add trigger including the trigger type,trigger message,time,date but i cant get any push notification.but when i create a Geo note through Geo notes android application and my test application using the api call getting the push notification,why i didn't get the trigger message .
